INTRODUCTION
The aim of our website is to assist both new and established residents to appreciate and enjoy the lifestyle that Greenfields offers and to encourage them to respect the interest and welfare of all who live in Greenfields.
With 108 units, with an average of two people per section, there are 216 + people who are permanent residents of our community.
The Sectional Titles Act, the Municipal By-Laws, Management and Conduct Rules, which govern this community, have to be followed in terms of the law, and it is the Trustees’ responsibility to ensure that these are adhered to by all, in the best interests of all our residents.
The Conduct Rules are binding on all owners and all tenants that occupy any unit who, in turn, are responsible for ensuring that members of their families and their visitors, domestics and general workers comply with them.
The complex is registered as a “Pet free” complex, therefore no domestic animals, birds or reptiles will be permitted to move in or be acquired during the period of stay at this complex. Serious action will be taken against those who fail to comply.
Owners who rent their units must incorporate these Conduct Rules in their tenancy agreements to be signed. Please view the [Security & Access] page as well as the [Regulations] page on this site.
It is the aim of your Trustees to provide the pleasant atmosphere that you envisaged when you either purchased or rented a Unit but in order to achieve this, our Conduct Rules are necessary. These rules have been established to promote good neighbourliness and to protect owners.
Rules have a positive connotation - the benefit and/or protection which you obtain from their existence and enforcement thereof.
