Our Complex is with Fidelity – ADT, who have recently merged. Our complex security has recently been updated to improve the overall security access in and out of the complex, as well as the physical perimeter boundary. It is important that all residents and owners work together with our security guards in order to maintain a high level of security.
Occasionally there are situations that do occur – what is important is to allow security to rectify the situation and not let them be influenced by any party – for whatever reason. Any concerns or incidences need to be emailed to the managing agent so as to have a proper follow up or investigation started. These must be in writing and emailed to quintinn@ryse.co.za
EVERY Tuesday morning 6.45am @ Main gate Security - Bio-Metric (fingerprint) registration takes place.
Soon after moving in the new tenants need to be registered on the Bio-Metric system, so as to allow finger print access to the complex - This system must not be abused in any way as it remains the first line of security into the complex.
All new tenants are to complete the Greenfields - Owner/Tenant Data Sheet (view Downloads below) – this needs to be handed in at security on the day of being registered with a copy of your I.D. book.
- This is a CSOS requirement that we need to comply with. The information is kept separately from the guardhouse and is regulated by POPI Act (The Protection of Personal Information Act). The purposes of the POPI Act is to ensure all South African institutions conduct themselves in a responsible manner when collecting, processing and storing data.
