It is our aim to keep on improving these facilities for the use of our residents, hopefully more facilities will be built in the months to come – with permission from our Body Corporate.
We urge all residents to use the facilities with due consideration to the surrounding neighbours. To be more specific; Be mindful of surrounding neighbours when it comes to playing of music and or making a noise. For this reason we close the playground and pool area at 9.30pm, except when there is a function hire going on at the club house. Functions need to wind down by 10pm – for the reasons of party noises etc…
There are sign boards that clearly state what residents need to abide with especially when using the swimming pool and /or jungle gym.
– Safety is our main concern and should be that of all residents using these facilities.
RULES
SWIMMING POOL (FENCED OFF)
Some of the Important Rules : - to be adhered to
• Children under 16 years of age must be actively supervised by an adult;
• No glass objects, bottles or cigarette ends to be left in the pool area;
• Ensure the pool fence is properly closed when entering or exiting the pool area - Do not climb over or on the pool gate or fence for any reason whatsoever;
• Undue loud noise, including radios and record /CD players, and profane language is not permitted.
• Please refer to all the Rules regarding the Swimming Pool.
“Let’s all use and not abuse these facilities - So please help us stop individuals that are abusing them”.
Any concerns or incidences need to be emailed to the managing agent so as to have a proper follow up or investigation started.

CLUB HOUSE HIRING
Club House Terms

There are hiring fees that need to be paid up front on booking the facility – part of the hiring fees are refundable once it is deemed to be returned with no breakages or obvious disruptions. Fees are reviewed at the Annual General Meetings.
Please make use of these great facilities - Do not abuse them.
